PRODUCTION AREA:

Vulcano Island, Aeolian Islands (ME) - Sicily, Italy.

TASTING NOTES: The wine is rosè with notes of cherry and raspberry. HARVEST: The grape harvest takes place in the first week of September. After a careful selection, the grapes are hand picked, placed in crates and immediately transported to the cellar to be processed.

PRODUCTION PROCESS:  Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation at 14-15 ° C in stainless steel tanks. The wine obtained is immediately bottled to preserve the perlage of the end of fermentation.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% Vol.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8/10°C

PAIRINGS: Red meats, in particular grilled game and roasts with a strong flavour.
